Our Lubricants Journey

Mount Meru expanded into the lubricants business in October 2017, strengthening its energy portfolio and establishing a dedicated lubricants manufacturing operation in Zambia.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant has an installed annual production capacity of 30 million litres, enabling us to manufacture and supply quality lubricants for a wide range of automotive, commercial and industrial applications.

Our ISO-certified Lubricants Manufacturing Plant and Laboratory combines advanced blending technology with rigorous quality-control and testing processes.

From the selection of base oils and additives through to blending and final product testing, our manufacturing processes are designed to maintain consistent product quality and performance. Our in-house laboratory supports comprehensive testing to ensure our products meet applicable international requirements and customer-specific specifications.

The facility is the home of Meru FORCE1, our flagship lubricants brand.
